About

Hello everyone! My name is Kenny and I am a nurse practitioner working in a medical and surgical critical care unit ever since my graduation from Université de Montréal. My interest in POCUS started with vascular access as a nurse back in 2018, but evolved after graduation through many experiences via colleagues, organizations such as MUSIG, MTL-Sono and CPOCUS. As a NP working in critical care, my POCUS skills aid me on a daily basis with evaluating patients in shock as well as for procedural guidance. I am ever grateful for all the learning experiences I got. As part of Sonoray, I hope to share with keen learners and help you discover more of the wonderful uses of POCUS. I truly believe POCUS to be a new pillar and standard of physical exams and a reliable but vital tool for any clinician. As part of Sonoray, I hope to share with keen learners and help you discover more of the wonderful uses of POCUS, which I truly believe to be the backbone of modern and safe patient evaluation.
